The Practice

This is the yoga of mind. Mind, in Raja Yoga, is the most important experience to master because it is the mind that oppresses or liberates our sense of connection, growth, and peace. It is either the door or the wall to well-being.

Particular meditation techniques, breathing exercises, postures, and yogic philosophies are used as tools to give access to the mind. Through these practices the mind is eventually “stilled”. A still mind has no fear, no judgement, no anger, no sadness. This yogic mind is essentially emptiness. Once empty the mind can be refilled.

Most importantly, through this practice you’ll learn you are the most profound source of wisdom. All other sources fall short. AS I AM is simply a way to reconnect to yourself.
