Eben Oroz is a masterful teacher. He specializes in meditation and strongly understands both the physical and mental techniques of yoga.


Eben started meditating in graduate school where he studied to be a clinical psychologist. His thesis explained the impact of mindfulness on eating disorders. After graduating he enrolled in a yoga training. His last 7 years have been fully committed to yoga and its philosophies.

He sees yoga as one of mankind’s greatest understandings. “These methods are proven. They dramatically increase life satisfaction and support an ability to express ourselves without the hesitation that comes from doubt, fear, or apathy. Life in turn becomes more enjoyable. The fact that these great achievements come from sitting down in stillness is truly astonishing.”
